LexiCode is Hiring a Client Services Representative Near Columbia, SC

Client Services Representative

Work from home and office/Hybrid

LexiCode, the leader in Health Information Coding and Consulting Services, is looking for
an energetic and dynamic client services rep at our Columbia, SC office. This position works with our Consulting Services management team. Background in Health Information Management and/or medical field a plus.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

· Accurately prepare detailed client deliverables for LexiCode consulting services.

· Timely processing of large volumes of data and reports

· Creates and maintains consultant profiles for use with RFPs and Client requests.

· Administrative tasks supporting education services

Key Skills

· Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word and Access software

· Planning and organizational skills necessary to coordinate workload around complex, multiple assignments

· Ability to analyze and understand data

· Strong attention to detail

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and clients

Minimum Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree; or

· High School diploma or GED and 2 years client services or administrative experience

Physical Requirements

· Physical demands with activity or condition requiring a considerable amount of time include sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer (i.e., keyboard, mouse, and monitor). Physical demands may include walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping. May require occasional lifting, lowering, pushing, or pulling up to 25 lbs.

Pay Disclosure:

The pay range for this position is $28.00-40.00 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
